Meatballs are just one of those things that now a days people think is easier for them to just buy them at Sams or Costco. But do you know what they put in them? I will not go into details, but just imagine. Since I owned DaVinci's I know now how to make the best ones and I will show you how easy they are to make and fast the can cook. Enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients
1 LB Italian Sausage
1 LB Ground Chuck
5 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 Egg
1 Cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBL Dry Basil
1 TBL Dry Oregano
1 TBL Granulated Garlic
1 TBL Granulated Onion
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
Mixing It All
- First thing we do is turn the oven on to 375 degrees
- Get a baking sheet
- Mince up your garlic and add it to your meat mixture
- Add all of your other ingredients
- Now take your rings off and get your hands dirty
- Place some of the meat in your hand and roll into a 2 oz ball
- Add about 12 to the baking sheet and bake in the oven for a good 40 minutes
- When they are done throw them in sauce or freeze them for when you have people over.
- I had mine on a pretzel bun with banana peppers and spinach. Enjoy everyone.
