Ingredients
1 Delicata Squash
1/2 Cup Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmasen Cheese
- First thing we do is take the ends off and take the skin off
- Gut it by taken all the seeds out
- Turn your oven on to 415 degrees
- Now we cut the squash
- Place squash on baking sheet
- Add your salt and pepper
- Now add your cheese
- Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and squash is done
- Plate it and eat it with anything you want.
- This is also good as an alternative to eating fries
