Ingredients
4 Cups Milk
5 whole Cloves
1 TSP Cinnamon
12 Egg Yolks
11/2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 TSP Nutmeg
2 TSP Vanilla
Mixing Everything
- First thing we do is get a medium sauce pan
- Put your milk, cloves and cinnamon in pan and turn on low
- Do not let it boil, cook milk mixture for 5 minutes
- In a mixing bowl place your egg yolks and sugar together and mix until its thick, this will take 2 minutes
- Take your milk mixture and slowly add it to your egg yolk and sugar mixture
- Allow this to mix for about 2 minutes
- After it has cooled add your heavy cream, bourbon, nutmeg
- Place back in the fridge and drink it the next day
- This is the best thing I have ever, ever made
