Peanut Butter Cookies (Oh so Good)

Again I am always going to thank my Mother for giving these recipes to her kids.  Passing these memories on to my kids someday has always been a dream of mine and I am sure it will come true someday.  Here is a great easy peanut butter recipe, that is probably the best I have ever had.

Enjoy

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Butter Softened
1 Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup firmly Packed Brown Sugar

Putting These Lovelies Together

  • First turn your oven on to 350 degrees (if its not on already from baking all day)
  • Grab a medium bowl and add all your dry ingredients together and mix well
  • In a mixing bowl add your peanut butter and butter and mix until smooth

  •  Add your sugar and mix until well incorporated

  • Now add your eggs one at a time and then your vanilla
  • Scrape the sides and start adding your dry ingredients
  • Once this has mixed well
  • Scrape it off the whisk and then lick it and don't share
  • Roll the cookies and then place a fork on it cross to cross
  • You might have to dip the fork in flour to have it not stick to the cookie, my mom used to make us dip them in crystal sugar

  • After you have done all of them stick them in the oven for 15 minutes
  • Take them out and let them cool
  • Place them in an air tight container (of course after you have eaten one) and share with your friends
Have a Merry Christmas my friends and may you have a blessed day.
