Gluten Free Pizza

I have promised my friends to make this and last night I finally came together and made the pizza.  I used to make this at DaVinci's as well.  Of course I used Bob's Redmill Flour.  Here is a very simple, easy, tasty recipe for you all to enjoy.  You can add whatever you would like to it.  Have fun.

Ingredients

3 Cups Gluten Free Flour
1 TBL Yeast
3/4 Cup Warm Water
1 TBL Baking Powder
2 TBL Sugar
1 TSP Salt
1 TBL Olive Oil
Making The Dough

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Get your water warmed up to 110 degrees and add your yeast, let this rest for 5 minutes and add 1 TbL sugar to it
  • Now grab a medium bowl and add your flour, sugar, salt, baking powder mix well

  • Create a whole in the middle and add your olive oil and your yeast water
  • Mix together with a wooden spoon
  • After it has mixed well together form it into a ball
  • Put it onto a floured surface and roll it out to your thickens or thinness

  • Add this to an oiled sheet
  • Add your ingredients and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes and you have gluten free pizza

I hope you enjoy this recipe, I have always enjoyed playing around with it and getting to know the ingredients better.  Have fun and have a wonderful week.  Enjoy.
