I love breakfast, its the most important meal of the day and there is so much you can do with it. Here is my wonderful version of the omelet.

Ingredients
6 Organic Eggs
1/2 Cup White Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
2 TBL Butter
1 Whole Avocado
1 TBL 1/2 &1/2
Putting It Together
- First grab a non-stick skillet or a cast iron skillet
- Grab a medium bowl and crack your eggs in the bowl
- Add your 1/2 & 1/2
- Pinch of salt and mix them together well
- Turn your pan on medium high heat and allow it to heat up
- Add your butter to pan
- When butter is melted add your egg mixture
- Take a rubber spatula and lift the sides of the egg to allow the egg to run over the sides, this helps with an even cooking
- Flip egg over and add some of your cheese, not all of it
- Add Avocado 4 slices
- Turn half of the omelet over and place on plate
- Add 4 more slices of avocado on top and more cheese
- Serve immediately
- Repeat to make another omelet
