Wasabi Roasted Ginger Chicken (yum, yum, yum)

Ok, so normally Felicia can not take spicy food. But tonight I threw her a curve ball.  I introduced her to an amazing dish that I just came up with out of the thin little air.  Only took 20 minutes to put together and bake only another 20.

We served it over rice with steamed asparagus.  Amazing.

Enjoy

Ingredients
Organic Chicken Breast
1 TSP Ginger Powder
1 TSP Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Seasme Oil
2 TBL Soy Sauce
2 TBL Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
4 TBL Wasabi Mustard (Jungle Jim's)

Putting The Magic Together

  • First wash off your breast (get your mind out of the gutter)
  • Grab a small bowl
  • Add all your dry ingredients to the small bowl and mix well with a fork
  • Pat your breasts dry
  • Turn oven on to 400 degrees
  • Drizzle your breast with the oil, soy sauce and seasme oil and rub it well
  • Now rub the salt all on it
  • Now rub your other dry ingredients all over it
  • Place in a baking pan and bake till golden brown (about 20 minutes)
  • Take out of the oven and serve it with rice and what ever vegetable you want

Enjoy my friends. Ask me anytime to help with recipes.
