Fried Chicken And Homemade Waffles (Boom)

I loooooooooooooove me some fried chicken and how can you not love it with waffles.  Salty and sweet all in one amazing bite.  Made these for Felicia's meeting group.  Lets just say, I was asked to come and make them food every Wednesday.

Anyways, folks enjoy this amazing combination that you can make cheap at home and its better then going out.

Ingredients For Chicken

2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Corn Flour
3 TBL Woschertchire 
3 TBL Hot Sauce
1 TSP Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Paprika
1/2 TSP Granulated Onion
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2 Cups Buttermilk
2 LBS Chicken


Ingredients For Waffles

6 TBL Butter
2 Eggs
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Baking Powder
2 Cups Buttermilk


Time To Marinate The Chicken

Grab a large bowl
Pour in your buttermilk
Pour in your hot sauce


Pour in your Worchershire 


Mix all together


Put your chicken in


Allow this to marinate for 2 hours or overnight

Lets Make The Waffles

Grab your mixing bowl
Add your cinnamon



Add Buttermilk


Mix them well
Add eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar, butter and mix all ingredients well


Get your waffle iron hot and ready

But first lets fry some chicken
Lets mix the flour
Add all your seasonings to the flour for your chicken


Grab a large pan and add oil


Turn heat on to medium highland splash a little water in it to make sure its hot
Mix your chicken in the flour


Add it to the oil, one at a time, so the oil doesn't get to cool


Allow to cook on each side for two minutes


Make sure chicken is cooked to 165 degrees

Make your waffles


When waffles, chicken are done 
Eat them together and your awesomeness is there


Ignore the cat......Sebastian loves chicken.
