The Most Moist Buttermilk Chocolate Cake

This cake is moist, moist and more moist. It is one that you'll want to make over and over again.  I won't bore you with my talking. So here is the amazing recipe.

I know you can kiss me later.

Recipe

1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
2 Cups Sugar 
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Cup Buttermilk 
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla 
1 Cup coffee



Preheat oven to 350 degrees 



Grab 2 cake pans and butter them add a little flour to lightly coat the pan


Grab a large bowl and add your Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cocoa Powder 
Mix well together




Take your Oil and Buttermilk and add to your mixer
Start the mixer on medium 
Add your sugar, mix well for 1 minute
Add your vanilla and beat for 30 seconds 
Add your eggs one at a time


Add your flour 1/4 of a cup at a time


Slowly add your coffee and mix for a minute on medium 


When done mixing split your batter into two separate, pre buttered pans




Yum Chocolate 


Place on the middle rack and bake for 30 minutes 


Take your cake out and place on a cooling rack and allow it to cool for a few 
While the cake cools let's make the icing 



Grab your ingredients 

2 sticks butter (room temperature)
1 Tablespoon vanilla 
1 Egg Yolk 
2 Cups Powdered Sugar 
6 Oz. Chocolate Chips Melted


Beat the butter till smooth on high speed for 1 minute 


Add your melted chocolate chips and beat on slow speed for 1 minute
Add your egg yolk
Add vanilla 


Add your powered Sugar 1/4 cup at a time 


Look at that frosting...........


Take your cake and and put the first one done
Add frosting to the middle 
Add your other cake to the top
Spread that goodness all over and look below
That's goodness.......
