Lemon Cookies (You Cant Just Eat One)

Felicia and I have been taking adoption classes and they are held Saturday and Sunday's for the last month.  So me being a chef and all took it upon myself to make these amazing cookies.  Trust me they will hunt you in your dreams, asking you to make them everyday.

So here you go my friends

Ingredients

1 Cup Butter Softened

1 1/2. Cups Sugar

1 Egg

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1 TBL Lemon Zest

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

2 1/4 Cup Flour

Lemon Glaze

1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 TBL Lemon Juice

1 TBL Lemon Zest

1 TBL Milk

1/4 Tsp Vanilla

Putting awesomeness together

1. Put butter and sugar together and mix well until fluffy

2. Add egg, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice mix well for a minute

3. Add your flour, salt and baking powder mix until fluffy

4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

5. Take dough and roll in a ball shape and place it on your cookie sheet

6. Bake them for 10 minutes 

7. While this is baking make your frosting

8. Add all your ingredients together and whip until smooth

9. When cookies come out of the oven , dip them in the glaze and place on a cooling rack

10. Eat as many as you want
