Beeeeeeeeeeef Ribs (yeah it's what's for dinner) Melt In Your Mouth

Went to Findlay market Saturday, picked out some massive rack of beef ribs and decided to cook those bad boys the next day.

After they marinated in my awesome blend of spices for 6 hours then slowly cooked them in the oven, you will have a food dream.

Anyways here you go folks.

Ingredients

3Lbs Beef Ribs
2  TBL Olive Oil
1 TBL Granulated Garlic
1 TBL Granulated Onion
1 TBL Paprika
1 TBL Chili Powder
1 TBL Oregano
2 TBL Brown Sugar
1 TBL Kosher Salt
1 TBL Cajun Seasoning



Putting it all together

Grab all your spices and mix them all together in a small bowl

Pat the meat dry with a clean towel or paper towel

Place ribs in a big pan

Drizzle with olive oil

Rub your spices all over it and cover and place in fridge for 6 hours

When 6 hours are up, turn oven on too 250

Place ribs in oven and let it cook for 3.5 hours to 4 hours

Take them out and serve with your favorite bbq sauce ( it's mine, it's on my blog too)

Tear apart and get messy

Serve it with an gratin potatoes and corn bread.
